| The chart below details four potential plans, with three costing $69.99 a year or $9.99 a month - more than an Xbox Live Gold subscription - and one running $4.99 a month and $29.99 a year.
Which option would you choose? In't it strange that none of the four options listed above actually offer ALL if the additional features? If that would be too pricey, why not letting us customize and add supplemental options no listed in the category we choose to pay for? I am certainly not going to pay for things i will not use, so customization is a must. And where is the option that would enable us to change our PSN ID name? And making us pay for Voice Chat? Not cool :/ Personally, i'd go with Choice 3 not because it is the cheapest but simply because it appears you get the most out of it.

Zonified | This isn't something you should take seriously yet. This is from an online survey that Sony asked people to complete in an email. I just completed this and it asks for a lot of opinions on a premium survice along with about 5 other charts like this. I honestly hope they don't steep to Microsoft's level and make you pay for a premium service. That's one of the things that makes Sony such a good choice and if they decide to do such a thing, they would really be hurting themselves.

The only one I could possibly afford is option 3, but it doesn't come with alot of the cool stuff that I think I'd actually might use.

Oh, okay. Still, it'd suck if Sony did this, for the same reasons everyone else posted. That's actually one of the reasons I hate the Xbox 360, because you have to pay for the full Xbox Live experience. And don't we already have trophy alerts, or is it talking about something else?
