It's okay, but I'm a bit skeptical about it.
There are minor things (like Ratchet's look) that I don't care much about, but I'm concerned about the plot and its relation to the actual games. I don't want the comic to be anything major, like a whole new adventure. The comics should be like mini-adventures that Ratchet and Clank have, not major quests.
I also don't want the comic to affect future games too much. Other than that, the art is great, and even the script isn't too bad, for the first five pages.
