I wanted to take some time out of my very busy schedule to acknowledge the coming day.

Thanksgiving... when one can relax and reflect on the many blessings and gifts they've received, and be thankful for them. A day when you can stuff yourself with delicious food and not care what your fitness trainer thinks. A day when you can wish and pray that someday you may have rock hard abs bestowed upon yourself. 

I know I'm thankful. Even though the stresses of celebrity heroism can take a toll on you, I still appreciate being able to save an old lady now and then. Heck, the praise, glory, baby kissing, and free tickets to Annihilation Nation aren't too bad either. 

Well, that's it from me. Now, I am going to head over to my massage and grab an iced latte.
