Insomniac Games is very happy to report that we once again are officially considered one of the Best Companies to Work for in North America.
Today we earned another Top 20 ranking on the prestigious national
list, this year presented by
Entrepreneur Magazine along with the Great Place to Work Institute. We're ranked No. 16 in the Small Companies category, our fourth
Top 20 honor since 2005. That's despite a 20-percent increase in company submissions from last year
. Given that only 14 percent of the submissions even made the list at all and that we're the only video games company selected, we're especially proud.
"There’s no question that we have a unique culture here," said Ted Price, Insomniac Games founder and CEO. "We’re always trying to raise the bar with everything we do, we encourage everyone to contribute ideas and we deliver on time every time. I think our placement on the list, largely based on our employees' own comments about us as a company, prove that we’re doing things right."
Insomniac, which has studios in Burbank, Calif. and Durham, NC, is currently in production on Resistance 3 and Ratchet & Clank: All 4 One, both exclusive to PlayStation 3. We're also working on an undisclosed multi-platform game to be published via EA Partners. We’re hiring for both studio locations, please visit
