RETURN OF THE FULL MOON SHOW!

As some of you may know, it is a longstanding Insomniac Games tradition to label each new title with a codename based on the order the game entered production. Disruptor was i:1, the Spyro series was i:2, 3, and 4. i:5 ended up being Ratchet & Clank, but it started out as something completely different.

From the depths of the Insomniac Museum comes a great treasure -- concept art and video from the original version of i:5, our cancelled PlayStation2 title, codename: "Girl with a Stick!" Watch and listen to our latest Full Moon Show podcasts to discover the never-before revealed details on the rise, fall, and transformation of i:5.

Subscribe to the Full Moon Show on iTunes or through InsomniacGames.com for the newest Insomniac content and be the first to see our next dive into the vaults. an exclusive look at i:8 - the secret origins and unseen designs of Resistance: Fall of Man! This is going to be a show no Insomniac Games fan will want to miss!

EXPANDING OUR HORIZONS

We have heard the cries. "Say it isn't so! Insomniac is abandoning the PlayStation!" And we respond: "It isn't so. We aren't going anywhere."

It's true! Insomniac Games is proud to announce our new collaboration with the Electronic Arts Partners program. We are hard at work creating an entirely new universe and game franchise that will be available on both the PlayStation 3 and the Xbox 360. Our goal as a studio is to allow as many people as possible to play our games and share our love for creating them. By making our game available on a new console we are doubling the amount of people who have access to Insomniac Games, and that has us very excited! But you'll have to be patient - details on the new game won't start to trickle out until later this year.

"What does that mean for Resistance and Ratchet?" Nothing. Rest assured that we are still completely dedicated to our Sony exclusive (and Sony-owned) franchises -- two series that will remain PlayStation exclusives in the future. Check out these words from Insomniac Games Founder / CEO Ted Price as he discusses the future of Insomniac Games and the deal with EA Partners.
